Summary

Senior certified Salesforce Administrator who administers and maintains the Salesforce platform — configuration, automation, user/permission management, reporting, and data governance — while supporting cross-functional, international teams. Requires ADM-201 certification and intermediate-to-advanced English.

We are looking for a highly experienced, certified Salesforce Administrator with a strong seniority level and good English proficiency to join a fast-growing, global technology company.

This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform while supporting cross-functional and international teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
  • Configure and optimize objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation.
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and access policies.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement enhancements and new functionality.
  • Provide advanced-level support to end users and resolve complex issues.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    

Requirements:


Must-have

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex and demanding environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent).
  • Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and platform administration.
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator).
  • Experience with system integrations and external tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM data governance and best practices.
  • Background in technology-driven or high-growth companies.
