The Opportunity That Awaits You:

As the Salesforce Administrator you will serve as an in-house expert on translating our business processes into a scalable system. You will be a key part of the Commercial Systems Technology team, helping to maintain and optimize our commercial ecosystem while serving as the primary point of contact for user support. You will be part of the driving force behind how our organization scales, not only acting as admin but also as an analyst maintaining our data integrity and steering projects to completion. This role demands a high level of precision under pressure to ensure flawless platform performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced growth environment and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, Clinical, IT, Legal, Finance and external consultants to continuously improve business processes and drive Salesforce adoption.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in SFDC and related integrations to understand cross functional impacts about configuration, process, workflow and reporting
  • Act as primary point of contact for SFDC users, provide basic support including resolving errors and generating reports; proactively troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
  • Manage SFDC user on/offboarding, including optimizing access
  • Maintain and update sales hierarchy and roster across applicable systems
  • Ensure commercial territory alignments are accurately maintained in SFDC, properly approved and documented
  • Document, maintain and improve business workflows on apps and integrations including but not limited to CPQ/ARM, Field Service Lightning, Account Management, GoMeddo Scheduling, Absorb LMS, Propel PLM, QAD ERP, Ironclad CLM, ETLs, Tableau, and custom web integrations
  • Partner with Pricing Operations to design, deploy and maintain accurate commercial pricing across SFDC CPQ/ARM and QAD ERP systems, including supporting documentation and financial audits
  • Lead and coordinate commercial project deployments by managing the evaluation, scope, testing, timely completion of development tasks
  • Collaborate with Commercial, IT, Finance and Quality teams as well as external partners to design, configure and deploy solutions
  • Conduct training sessions for new features and workflows
  • Assist in data management, cleanup and analysis, including preparing and analyzing datasets for internal customers
  • Drive data integrity by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality
  • Document system processes and track change requests in accordance with IT compliance policies and procedures
  • Contribute to various day-to-day activities and manage projects within commercial operations
  • Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance
  • Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

  • 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce administration or development required
  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations preferred
  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Experience in software development and enhancements, from requirements gathering through project completion Strong ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines and prioritize simultaneous demands from a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding
  • Comfortable working in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience querying with SOQL is preferred
  • An ideal candidate has Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin Certification, and several years of experience working with similar sized organizations and/or projects.

Pay Range for this role:

$120,750 to $142,060
