Description
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security and access management, reports, dashboards, data management, and user support.
- Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow for process automation.
- Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing/security settings.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Experience with Salesforce data import, export, cleansing, and data quality management.
- Strong troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities.
- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform administration.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
- Real Estate/Property Management domain experience will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Experience with custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
- Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data management tools, including Data Import Wizard and Data Loader.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, access management, and data governance.
- Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide effective user support.
- Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
Preferred:
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, APIs, or Salesforce development concepts.
- Experience working in an Agile or project-based environment.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and related Salesforce capabilities.
- Exposure to CRM processes such as lead management, opportunity management, customer management, and reporting.
