We are looking for a skilled, proactive and experienced Salesforce Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels during US night-shift hours, and is ready to collaborate to support our growing global operations (PH, UAE, Mexico, US, India).

What You'll Do

• System Administration: Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, user onboarding/offboarding workflows, user roles, security, profiles, and permission sets.

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Handle user support requests, troubleshoot platform issues, and conduct support calls directly with end-users to resolve software queries.

• Access Request Management: Efficiently route specialized platform and access requests to cross-functional technical teams.

• Operational Autonomy: Independently manage night-shift support queues, organize priorities, and exercise sound judgment when escalating complex issues.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.

• Certification: Certified Salesforce Administrator (completed extensive formal training).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting Salesforce software issues.

  • Hands-on familiarity with user access management and platform workflows.

  • Strong phone and communication skills for end-user technical support.

• Soft Skills & Work Ethic: Ability to work autonomously during US business hours with minimal supervision, strong time-management skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.

• Work-from-Home / Backup System Requirements:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5, i7, or equivalent

  • Memory: 16 GB RAM

  • Internet: Minimum 100 Mbps personal connection

  • Peripherals: Functional webcam and noise cancelling headset

• Availability: Ready to start immediately.
