Role Overview
Love solving Salesforce problems, making systems work smarter, and helping people get more out of their technology? We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who enjoys turning Salesforce challenges into practical solutions.
This isn't just about keeping a CRM running. It's about being the person users turn to when something isn't working, understanding what needs to change, and making Salesforce easier and more effective for everyone.
You'll support day-to-day Salesforce operations, troubleshoot system issues, improve configurations, build reports and dashboards, and help users get the most out of the platform.
Working closely with business users, an internal Salesforce team, and an external development partner, you'll translate business requirements into solutions that improve processes and user experiences.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy investigating problems, and take pride in making technology work better, this could be your next opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve Salesforce user access, configuration, and data issues.
Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and user support.
Build, maintain, and improve Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Configure and update Salesforce forms, flows, and page layouts.
Troubleshoot system issues and identify appropriate solutions.
Gather business requirements and document technical specifications.
Coordinate with internal Salesforce teams and external development partners.
Escalate complex technical issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce processes, configurations, and usability.
Provide Salesforce user training and guidance.
Maintain accurate documentation of system changes, issues, and resolutions.
Support system reliability, data accuracy, and consistent user experiences.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
Hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce.
Experience troubleshooting Salesforce user access, permissions, configuration, and data issues.
Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Experience configuring Salesforce flows, forms, and page layouts.
Ability to gather business requirements and prepare clear technical specifications.
Experience providing Salesforce user support, guidance, or training.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to investigate issues independently and identify practical solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and follow through on issue resolution.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Comfortable working remotely and supporting teams during Australian East Coast business hours.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
Experience configuring or supporting online forms, user-facing portals, or external user experiences within Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Relevant Salesforce training or completed Trailhead modules.
Salesforce certification is an advantage, not a requirement. Practical Salesforce administration experience and troubleshooting capability are the priorities.
