Salesforce Agentforce Consultant - CRM/Lightning Component Framework

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Agentforce, and AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Agentforce and knowledge of Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions to support business requirements.

- Work with Salesforce CRM and platform capabilities to deliver effective solutions.

- Leverage Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce configuration to enable AI-powered automation.

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure effective solution delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Required Skills:

- 6 - 8 years of relevant Salesforce experience.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and platform capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.

- Knowledge of Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and Agentforce configuration.

- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
