Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Salesforce & Revenue Systems exists to ensure Salesforce Sales Cloud and the connected systems supporting Business Development and Partnerships are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s evolving needs. The role serves as the primary functional and technical owner of the commercial systems environment across Business Development, Partnerships, Implementation, External Affairs, and Partner Operations. This position provides systems leadership, translates business needs into scalable technical solutions, and establishes standards for architecture, automation, integrations, data governance, and reporting. By improving system capabilities, data reliability, and operational efficiency, the role enables stronger decision-making and supports the continued growth and scalability of OHS.
This is a remote position and requires periodic trips to our headquarters in Naperville, IL for business planning.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own the strategy, architecture, administration, and continued optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and connected revenue systems supporting Business Development and Partnerships.
- Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to evaluate business needs and recommend scalable system and process solutions, including appropriate platform capabilities, automation, architecture, and technical approaches
- Establish and maintain governance across system configuration, data quality, security, access, automation, integrations, documentation, and change management.
- Lead the design and optimization of integrations, automation, and data flows across Salesforce and the broader revenue technology environment.
- Own the technical infrastructure supporting commercial reporting and analytics, ensuring reliable data structures, definitions, reporting capabilities, and system outputs.

Experience and Qualifications of the Role:
- Five or more years of experience in Salesforce administration, revenue systems, business systems, revenue operations technology, or a related field.
- Significant hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud in a complex professional business environment.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a lead technical resource or system owner for Salesforce and connected business applications.
- Experience leading significant CRM enhancements, implementations, integrations, redesigns, or systems transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, security, data architecture, reporting, integrations, and data governance.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business requirements, recommend scalable technical solutions, and communicate technical considerations to a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience working with third-party platforms, vendors, consultants, or implementation partners and managing technical dependencies
- Experience supporting Business Development, Partnerships, enterprise sales, or other complex commercial processes is preferred.
- Lead the revenue systems roadmap and major enhancement initiatives, including prioritization, solution design, testing, implementation, vendor coordination, and ongoing optimization.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, computer science, data analytics, or a related field is preferred or equivalent/relevant professional experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is required. Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder or Advanced Administrator, are preferred.
We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing. The base pay range for this position is $115,345 - $157,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
