Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for defining Salesforce architecture, providing technical leadership, ensuring integration across enterprise systems, and establishing best practices for security, performance, and application development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Define technical architecture, application design, data models, and integration strategies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.
- Establish Salesforce development standards, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Lead technical design reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
2. Salesforce Platform Expertise
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture, platform capabilities, and limitations.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of declarative development using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
3. Integration & Data Architecture
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration tools.
- Define data migration, data quality, data governance, and data synchronization strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and asynchronous processing.
4. Security & Performance
