The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and be able to create compelling proposals that align with business objectives. Knowledge of the education domain is a plus, but not mandatory. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead projects from conception to execution while ensuring best practices in Salesforce implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create detailed project proposals, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for business benefits.
