Salesforce Architect
Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with 10+ years of experience with strong expertise in Salesforce customization, integration, and technical team leadership to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead Salesforce customization using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, custom objects, and automation.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, providing technical direction and guidance.
- Define scalable data, security, integration, and application architectures.
- Conduct solution/ design reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
- Drive performance optimization, deployment, and platform modernization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including significant architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce customization and integration.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, APIs, and Salesforce data model.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, integration patterns, and performance.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CRM, third-party, and legacy systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred; CTA is a plus.
