<p class="MsoNormal">Role: Salesforce Architect (Commercial Boundary Systems)</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite from Day 1)</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Experience: 15-18 years</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal">About the Role</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Partner with the Operations Boundary Systems Lead to lead current-state discovery, documentation, impact assessment, technical specification development, and planning activities supporting Oracle Fusion transformation program. This role may evolve into broader operational leadership of the Operations Boundary Systems domain depending on program needs.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Partner with the Operations Boundary Systems Lead to provide hands-on leadership across discovery, documentation, impact assessment, and execution planning.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Support coordination across business stakeholders, BRMs, BSAs, application owners, and technical SMEs.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">May assume broader operational leadership of the domain depending on program needs.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Lead current-state assessment and documentation of JDE, QAD, AS400-based applications, and related operational systems.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Build and validate application profiles, business process maps, entity flows, integration inventories, and system dependency documentation.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Assess impacts resulting from Oracle Fusion design decisions and future-state architecture delivered by Infosys.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Develop and maintain technical specifications, remediation requirements, and supporting documentation needed to execute changes to impacted operational applications.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Facilitate workshops with application owners, business stakeholders, BRMs, BSAs, and technical SMEs to identify impacts, risks, dependencies, and remediation requirements.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Help create execution plans, resource requirements, governance routines, and system retirement strategies for impacted operational applications.</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Required/Mandatory Qualifications</b></p><p></p><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Overall, 15-18 years of professional experience in IT and business transformation programs.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">10+ years of experience leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, sales, pricing, or commercial transformation initiatives.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform is required.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing business processes is highly preferred.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs and assessing downstream impacts on integrated applications.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across business and technology organizations.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, technical specifications, and executive-level communication.<p></p></li> </ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Salesforce Architecture Expertise</p><p></p><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Candidate must be a seasoned Salesforce Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Strong hands-on experience with both:<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Sales Cloud<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Service Cloud<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Should be able to define solution architecture, integration approaches, and best practices aligned with business objectives.<p></p></li> </ul><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Business Stakeholder Communication</p><p></p><ul style="margin-top:0in;" type="disc"> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Ability to effectively engage with business leaders, executives, and key stakeholders on-site.<p></p></li> <li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and articulating technical recommendations in business style="margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;">Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with offshore technical teams, including developers, administrators, and integration specialists.<p></p></li>
