Salesforce Architect
Summary
Architect and lead delivery of complex Salesforce programs using Service Cloud, OmniStudio, and Public Sector Solutions. Requires deep technical expertise in Apex, LWC, and system integrations.
· Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with demonstrated experience in an architect or Technical Lead capacity
· Strong expertise in Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel, knowledge, and entitlements)
· Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or comparable regulated-industry Salesforce implementations
· Proven expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, IntegrationProcedures)
· Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and core platformarchitecture (security model, governor limits, sharing/visibility)
· Demonstrated experience designing and delivering system integrations (REST, middleware, identity/SSO provisioning)
· Track record of leading squads/teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
· Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce programs
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills—able to translate technicalconcepts for non-technical audiences
