Salesforce Architect

Summary

The Salesforce Architect will design and configure solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, translating business requirements into functional designs and managing stakeholder engagement.

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem across functional, development, administrative, and solution delivery roles
  • Proven ability to design and configure solutions, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security models
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security, and reporting
  • Experience translating business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce administration, including data management, report, and dashboard creation
Responsibilities:
  • Define, design, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions
  • Combine strategic functional leadership with hands-on configuration and build responsibilities
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology while contributing to solution implementation on the platform
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions
  • Configure and deliver core platform capabilities such as data models, automation, and security
  • Take ownership of solution design and architecture
  • Provide hands-on configuration and build support
  • Support administrative and operational activities
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships
  • Support governance and best practices
  • Contribute to delivery, testing, and support
