Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate should have proven experience migrating Selenium test cases to Copado, improving automation stability, and optimizing test pass rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate existing Selenium automated test cases to Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and complete the pending automation backlog.
  

• Design, develop, and optimize automated test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
  

• Perform automated and manual testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce implementations.
  

• Analyze test failures, improve automation stability, and increase test pass rates.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve automation frameworks and QA processes.
  

• Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in QA and software testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
  

• Proven experience migrating existing Selenium test cases to Copado Automation.
  

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform and application testing.
  

• Experience improving automated test stability, reliability, and pass rates.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
  

• Ability to recommend and implement QA process improvements.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior Selenium automation experience.
  

• Salesforce test data management.
  

• Agile/Scrum QA delivery experience.
  

• Experience with the Broadridge platform.
