Salesforce Business Analyst / Business Solution Architect
Summary
Designs and implements Salesforce solutions for regulated industries, partnering with clients to analyze processes, document requirements, and shape functional architectures while ensuring compliance and business alignment.
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst / Business Solution Architect to support Salesforce-based transformation initiatives in regulated industries. The role requires client partnership, consulting, stakeholder management, and solution-shaping skills.
The position has two variants: a Salesforce Business Analyst focused on requirements discovery, process analysis, documentation, user stories, and delivery support; and a Salesforce Business Solution Architect focused on solution framing, business process design, functional architecture, and consultative guidance.
The ideal candidate is a client-facing Salesforce BA or BSA with strong analysis, consulting, stakeholder engagement, and solution-thinking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and regulatory constraints
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions
- Translate needs into user stories, specifications, process flows, and documentation
- Analyze processes and Salesforce capabilities to identify gaps and improvements
- Support solution design and functional architecture across Salesforce and COTS platforms
- Support UAT, validation, training, and change enablement
- Build strong client relationships
- Connect business processes with Salesforce capabilities (BSA-level)
- Shape functional solutions across Salesforce and enterprise platforms, defining solution options and trade-offs (BSA-level)
- Identify dependencies, integrations, and operational impacts (BSA-level)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce BA, Business Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, or CRM Consultant
- Background in Salesforce/CRM transformation initiatives
- Understanding of Salesforce capabilities and configuration concepts
- Expertise in working within regulated industries
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process analysis, and documentation
- Skills in consulting and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in Life Sciences GTM
- Familiarity with Veeva, Trueblue, and IQVIA
- Salesforce certifications
- Knowledge of compliance, audit readiness, privacy, and integration practices
