Requirements:- 4+ years Business Analyst experience
- Cross-cloud Salesforce experience
- Track record working within a Salesforce consulting environment
- Salesforce certification is a nice to have
- Act as the bridge between clients and the technical delivery team, translating business requirements into clear, actionable specifications
- Run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand client processes, pain points, and objectives
- Produce key documentation, including BRDs, process maps, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA to support solution design and ensure it aligns with client requirements
- Play a key role in change management and client enablement, helping end users adopt new processes and platforms
