Requirements:- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within Salesforce environments.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Experience working with Salesforce integrations into ERP or downstream business systems.
- Experience supporting Salesforce transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with senior business users.
- Experience running workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business processes.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements.
- Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle integrations.
- Experience working within complex enterprise transformation programmes.
- Experience in product-led Agile teams.
- Experience within commercial, events, exhibitions, or subscription-based industries.
- Power BI/reporting experience.
- Support discovery workshops by preparing materials, capturing requirements, and documenting business processes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand sales processes, commercial models, exception scenarios, and capability gaps.
- Provide Salesforce demonstrations and platform walkthroughs to business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery artefacts.
- Support product teams with backlog refinement and story grooming.
- Maintain fit-gap assessments, risk registers, capability maps, and requirement documentation.
- Collaborate with business process teams, change teams, testing teams, and delivery squads.
- Support UAT preparation, test readiness, cutover activities, and go-live coordination.
- Produce clear communication materials including summaries, decision papers, and stakeholder updates.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme supporting a large-scale Lead-to-Cash journey. This is a contract opportunity based in London, UK, with a hybrid working pattern of three days per week in the office. The role is for 12 months and offers a day rate of £380 per day inside IR35. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our product-focused transformation team and work closely with Product Leads, Product Managers, SMEs, and technical teams to shape and deliver Salesforce-enabled solutions with significant business impact.
