Must have: Salesforce Sales Cloud — 4+ years

Engagement: Full-time, fully remote from India. 6-month rolling contract, with conversion to permanent based on performance.

What you will do

• Run discovery workshops and map the sales process from lead to opportunity, forecast, and quote or order.
• Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and the functional specification.
• Shape the Sales Cloud design: Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Forecasts, page layouts, paths, validation rules, Flow, reports, and dashboards.
• Review the build with architects and developers, run UAT, and support go-live and user adoption.
• Be the functional contact for client stakeholders, including UK clients, with overlap on UK business hours.

Required

• 7 years of business analysis, including at least one Sales Cloud implementation or major enhancement where you owned the requirements.
• 4+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Applications without this will not be shortlisted.
• Clear process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Good to have

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Administrator.
• Exposure to CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Service Cloud.
