Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements while ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.

The SFDC BA will collaborate closely with business users, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers to drive successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements.

• Conduct stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement gathering meetings.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Facilitate requirement prioritization and backlog grooming sessions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Salesforce capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
