Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

About the role

As a key member of the Salesforce Team, you will provide day-to-day Salesforce support and manage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes. You will investigate, analyse, and resolve user issues with a customer-focused approach, work within the change request process, support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and act as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support — investigating, analysing, and resolving user issues with a customer-focused approach
• Meet regularly with operational departments to provide status updates on work items
• Manage the full lifecycle of enhancements and fixes — requirement gathering, solutioning, build, testing and deployment — ensuring changes are reliable and don't degrade existing functionality
• Work within the change request process, ensuring adherence to team change control standards
• Support integrations and troubleshooting between Salesforce, External Client apps, and ERP systems
• Act as liaison between users, vendors, and enablement teams to resolve complex issues and roll out new features
• Create and maintain documentation for new processes and system updates

About you

• 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator (consulting experience a plus)
• Service Cloud experience desirable
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent customer management, and verbal/written communication skills; fluent English required
