Salesforce Commerce Cloud Backend Developer

We are looking for an SFCC Backend Developer to develop and support backend functionality, integrations, and business processes within Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The ideal candidate should have experience with SFCC scripting, APIs, and third-party system integrations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SFCC backend functionality and customizations.


• Build and support integrations with external systems and third-party applications.


• Configure and manage catalogs, promotions, inventory, and price books.


• Support order management processes and scheduled jobs.


• Troubleshoot production issues and system defects.


• Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.


• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver ecommerce enhancements.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.


• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development experience.


• 5+ years of overall software engineering or backend development experience preferred.


• Experience with: SFCC Script, Controllers, Custom Objects, Business Manager, OCAPI, Rest APIs


• Experience with system integrations and ecommerce platforms.


• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.


• Experience using Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SOAP services.


• Experience integrating payment gateways, ERP, OMS, or CRM platforms.


• Experience with SFCC jobs and service framework.
