Summary
Builds and maintains Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) ecommerce storefronts for clients, translating requirements into UX/UI features, developing cartridges/scripts, and monitoring order, catalog and scheduled jobs. Core tech: SFCC/SFRA, Demandware Script, ISML, Business Manager, and third-party integrations.
Responsibilities
- Key business partner to drive technical vision supporting business goals
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements to deliver the desired ecommerce UX/UI experience and gather specifications for new enhancements and applicants
- Continuous identification and resolution of errors/bugs/issues throughout web experience
- Participate in testing framework for unit, quality assurance, end user, automated regression testing
- Monitor order flow, catalog flow, scheduled jobs, etc.
- Provides technical support of Commerce Cloud platform for the Direct to Consumer team
- Participate in development of large projects with internal and 3rd party resources
- Responsible for utilizing 3rd party agencies' assets/modules and be their technical contact person
- Responsible for providing the development and production server environments to 3rd party agencies and outside developers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Profile
- Experience in implementing Core SFCC programming concepts (OOP), Cartridges, Pipelines,
- SFCC Script (DS), Forms Framework, ISML, Custom Objects, Data Integration.
- SFRA, Business Manager, Business configuration flows (Campaigns, Promotions, Catalogs, Inventory,
- Pricebooks, Content management), Social Integrations.
- Handling BM for Multilingual stores
- Experience in integrating 3rd Party app to existing Store.
