About the Role

The Salesforce Consultant will work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and configure Salesforce to optimize processes. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business understanding, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

· Configure Salesforce, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.

· Build dashboards and reports for business insights.

· Support data migration and maintain data quality.

· Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations, if required.

· Provide end-user training and ongoing support.

· Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed.

Required Skills

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

· Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and automation tools.

· Ability to create reports and dashboards.

· Knowledge of user management (profiles, roles, permissions).

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.

· Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.

· Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Computer Science or a related field preferred).

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Business Analyst.
  
• Strong experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  
• Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and process optimization.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, automation, reports, dashboards, and data management.
  
• Experience creating user stories, process documentation, and functional specifications.
  
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and end users.
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant Certification are preferred.
