Salesforce Consultant - Continuous Improvement Practice

Salary: $105,000 – $135,000 per year Based On Experience

We’re seeking an ambitious Salesforce Consultant who can own day-to-day client delivery and translate challenges and opportunities into impactful Salesforce outcomes.

About LavaBox's Continuous Improvement Practice

Our Continuous Improvement practice helps clients continuously evolve and optimise their Salesforce platform to deliver defined objectives and key results (OKRs).

The Role

You’ll independently run day-to-day delivery across assigned client accounts and lead smaller, well-defined projects end-to-end.

Enhancement Projects

You’ll work directly with clients to shape high-impact enhancements that advance their platform roadmap. You’ll clarify needs, assess options and translate priorities into defined requirements, process maps, solution designs and delivery plans.

You’ll then deliver end-to-end, collaborating with senior consults, developers and architects where complexity or risk requires it.

Strategic Managed Services

As the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, you’ll build trusted client relationships, manage the backlog and keep work moving. You’ll help clients prioritise work against their objectives and key results, balancing impact and effort. Then you’ll deliver the design, configuration, test, release and optimisation process in collaboration with your client.

Rapid Implementations

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an entire implementation project, with the full capability and support of the Continuous Improvement team behind you.

You’ll coordinate client stakeholders and delivery activities, manage effort and dependencies, and communicate risks early. You’ll know when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate.

Experience & Qualifications

You'll definitely have:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant.

• Salesforce Administrator certification plus at least one consultant-level certification.

• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration expertise, with the ability to deliver enhancements and smaller pieces of work independently.

• Strong consulting and project delivery skills, with the ability to manage client relationships, prioritise work and communicate clearly.

Although not essential, it would be great if you have:

• Exposure to Salesforce Industry Clouds, Data 360, Agentforce, integrations or data migration.

• Experience delivering Salesforce projects in the Nonprofit or Financial Services industries

• Additional Salesforce certifications, particularly relating to Nonprofit Cloud, Data 360 or Agentforce.
