Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to help implement and support Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should understand Salesforce basics, data integration, customer data management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into Data Cloud.
• Create and manage data streams, data models, and identity resolution.
• Build customer segments and calculated insights.
• Work with business teams to understand requirements.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues.
• Support testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts.
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
