Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Data Cloud, customer data platforms, data integration, identity resolution, and large-scale data engineering within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) implementations.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.
• Configure data streams, data model objects (DMOs), calculated insights, and identity resolution.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, and modern data integration tools.
• Configure segmentation, activation, and audience management strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Support analytics, reporting, and AI-driven customer insights initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer 360 concepts.
• Expertise in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via APIs.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Customer 360 Audiences and Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Experience in large enterprise implementations.
