The host company is undertaking an AI enablement initiative focused on improving data quality and governance across its Salesforce environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real enterprise data work that directly supports AI readiness, analytics, and business decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who wants practical exposure to data management, CRM systems, and enterprise data structures in a structured and professional environment.

Program Duration

• 3 months
• Flexible arrangement (remote/hybrid depending on host company requirements)

Key Responsibilities
You will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce data governance and analytics through structured tasks such as:

• Reviewing and classifying Salesforce fields across multiple objects
• Building and maintaining a data dictionary with clear business definitions
• Analysing field population rates and identifying data quality gaps
• Supporting industry taxonomy cleanup and standardisation
• Documenting data dependencies, relationships, and lineage across systems
• Logging and tracking data issues in a structured governance framework
• Using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate analysis and documentation tasks

Skills & Experience Required

• Basic to solid experience using Salesforce
  • Ability to navigate objects, fields, records
  • Exposure to SOQL queries is highly desirable
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of daily workflow
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good written communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical data fields into clear business definitions
• Analytical mindset with a structured and methodical approach to work
