Local ( distrito, região): 100% remotoFunção: Salesforce DeveloperNível: SR Data de início: ImediatoDuração da contratação: 1 anoInglês B2​Key Responsibilities​• Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements​• Lead development activities across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration points​• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans​• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines​• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps​• Support deployment, testing, and release activities across environments​• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives​________________________________________​Required Experience & Qualifications​• Minimum of 600 man-days of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solutions Developer (approximately 3+ years of practical delivery experience)​• Proven experience working with the following Salesforce products:​o Education Cloud​o Marketing Cloud​o Service Cloud​o Data Cloud​o Experience Cloud​o Agentforce​o Analytics / Tableau​• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and integration patterns​• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, deployment strategies, and release management​________________________________________​Certifications (Required)​• Salesforce Platform Developer II​• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer​• Salesforce Certified System Architect​________________________________________​Nice to Have​• Experience working in enterprise or multi-org environments​• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce​• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments​• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills​
