Salesforce Developer
Summary
Develops and maintains Salesforce solutions for US federal government agencies, customizing platform components like Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations to meet mission-critical business needs.
You are:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. The Salesforce Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
The work:
- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical designs and development tasks
- Build and configure Salesforce components, including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning web components, and integrations
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for Salesforce solutions
- Participate in the deployment and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Here’s what you need:
- Experience in Salesforce development and implementation
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and middleware tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and source control systems

- Technical Salesforce Certifications

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
