Salesforce Developer/Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Analyst to join a team focused on delivering innovative, high-impact solutions. This role will contribute to the development of end-to-end solutions fully aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and define functional and technical requirements
• Create and maintain user stories
• Implement end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Develop components on the platform (Flows, LWC, Apex, among others)
• Perform integrations with external systems (SOAP and REST)
• Execute testing, bug fixing, and deployment processes
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce:

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud

• Experience with:

  • Lightning App Builder
  • Standard Lightning Components and UI
  • Apex (Triggers & Classes)
  • OmniStudio and Vlocity
  • OmniScripts, Flows, and FlexCards

• Experience with integrations using:

  • SOAP
  • REST

• Knowledge of:

  • PL/SQL
  • Git
