Salesforce Developer (Apex & LWC) at BairesDev

As a Salesforce Developer (Apex & LWC), you will design and deliver custom software solutions tailored to complex business requirements. You will connect high-level CRM architectural needs with powerful backend logic and modern front-end experiences, ensuring the platform scales efficiently.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement custom business applications using programmatic tools on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop robust backend customizations, unit tests, and comprehensive error handling workflows.
- Build clean, modular, and reusable user interface components for streamlined user experiences.
- Integrate third-party tools and enterprise systems to optimize cross-functional data flows.
- Apply rigorous software engineering disciplines and source-driven processes to version control and deployment pipelines.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Salesforce Development.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform customizations, best practices, and architecture.
- Hands-on experience building scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
