About the Job
As an Experienced Salesforce Developer II at Aspire, you will support the development, enhancement, and integration of Service Cloud solutions. This role focuses on delivering high-impact business functionality, scalable custom components, and system integrations within an enterprise Salesforce environment. You will serve as a hands-on technical expert, partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Engineering teams to execute development tasks independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. This role is open to candidates in the APAC (India) region with core working hours covering U.S. Central Time (CT).
What You'll Do

Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel functionality such as routing, capacity, and presence management to optimize customer service workflows.

Build scalable, high-quality applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as the primary development framework, while maintaining and refactoring existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.

Build and maintain robust integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI integrations and external SaaS/AppExchange applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce development best practices (governor limits, bulkification, and test coverage), and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.

Serve as an escalation point for production support issues, performing root cause analysis and delivering timely resolutions to maintain platform stability.
What You'll Need

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud implementations in an enterprise environment.

Deep expertise in Omni-Channel (routing, capacity, presence) and Service Cloud console configurations.

Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL—with LWC as the primary development standard.

Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and third-party SaaS platforms.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (sharing rules, permission sets, role hierarchies) and data governance best practices.

Ability to work during U.S. Central Time (CT) core hours, collaborating with US-based teams.

Experience working within a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar high-growth business environment.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Service Cloud Consultant.

Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar compliance standards.
