Salesforce Developer

Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions with Visual Force and the Apex coding language. • Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies the technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimisation. • Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and related implementation engagements from a technical standpoint. • Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Solutions. Strong awareness on SOAP and REST API is recommended. • Design and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce ecosystem of solutions. • Mentor junior team members in tech, standards and best practices of Salesforce development and Solutioning. • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects. • Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related. • Experience 1 to 3 years. • Salesforce Admin certification, Salesforce PD1 or PD2 certification could be an added advantage. • Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Certification could be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and client interaction skills. • Preferably Candidates from Tamil Nadu or people willing to relocate would be recommended.
