Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (LWC)

• Hiring Mode : Hybrid (2 Days in a Week)
• UK Shift Timings (2 PM IST to 11 PM IST)

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Build robust, scalable, and maintainable custom applications using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Agentforce & AI Integration: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Agentforce autonomous AI agents, topic setup, action invocation via Apex/Flows, and prompt/Einstein Trust Layer integrations to automate service and sales workflows.

• Architecture & Code Quality: Write clean, test-covered code following Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and Governor Limit optimization. Conduct code reviews and mentor mid-level/junior developers.

• Integrations: Design and integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems and microservices using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or platform events.

• Declarative & Low-Code Automation: Leverage Salesforce Flows, Process Builder (legacy migration to Flow), and custom metadata framework alongside programmatic solutions.

• CI/CD & DevOps: Participate in release management using modern Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab, SFDX CLI, Copado, or Gearset) and maintain high unit test coverage (80%+).

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into technical designs, architectural blueprints, and user stories within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Core Technologies:
• Deep proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on exposure or proven project implementation experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein/AI capabilities.
• Solid grasp of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud architectures.
• API & Integration: Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP web services, external services, and platform events.
• Tooling: Proficiency in VS Code, Git/GitHub, SFDX, and automated testing frameworks.
• Methodologies: Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Mandatory or strong preference)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate / AI Specialist / Agentforce credentials (as available)
• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I
