Job Title: Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Role Summary

Seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions for banking and wealth management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce FSC solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Metadata.
  
• Configure FSC features including Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Management.
  
• Implement automation using Flows, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
  
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with banking, KYC/AML, insurance, and third-party systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data governance standards.
  
• Support CI/CD deployments, testing, production support, and technical documentation.
  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of Salesforce Development experience.
  
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Platform development.
  
• Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or Insurance domains.
  
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft integration.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and Agile delivery practices.
