JOB SUMMARY:
We
are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team. In
this role, you will focus on implementing customizations, automations, and
workflow enhancements within our Salesforce enterprise environment. The ideal
candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and a passion
for creating efficient and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Configure and implement
Salesforce custom objects, fields, record types, and other components based on
business requirements.
· Develop and deploy process automations using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Apex triggers.
· Optimize and enhance existing workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
· Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the desired outcomes, followed by deployment to production environments.
· Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, workflows, and processes for internal reference and training.
· Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent
work experience).
- Experience:
Ø 3+ years of hands-on
experience with Salesforce development and administration.
Ø Experience in implementing
process automations and workflow customizations using Salesforce tools.
- Certifications: Salesforce Platform
Developer I (required); Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
Ø Proficiency in Salesforce
declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
Ø Good understanding of
Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.
Ø Proficiency with
integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Ø Strong attention to detail
and problem-solving abilities.
Ø Effective communication
skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ø Ability to follow detailed
requirements and deliver accurate implementations.
