Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and external applications.
• Configure objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and business processes.
• Ensure data quality, security, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
• Support GDPR, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Service Cloud projects.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.
• Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Data Loader, Workbench, and VS Code.
• Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
