Salesforce Developer Lead
Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Lead to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of leadership experience and hands-on expertise in LWC (Lightning Web Components). You will be responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Salesforce developers and ensure timely project delivery
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and Lightning components
Drive the development of Lightning Web Components (LWC) as per business needs
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting
Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and Salesforce best practices
Ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain documentation
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Required Skills:
8+ years of total Salesforce development experience
Minimum 4 years in a technical leadership role
Strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) – mandatory
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance tuning
Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect, or App Builder
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Prior experience in leading multi-region teams is a plus
