Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 7-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, integrations, and Salesforce platform development best practices.

This role requires a highly collaborative professional who can effectively engage with business stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

  • Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Aura Components
  • Configure and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce platform technologies.
  • Develop and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce components.

Integrations & Architecture

  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using:
    • REST APIs
    • SOAP APIs
  • Apply enterprise integration patterns and Salesforce API best practices.
  • Collaborate with integration and middleware teams to deliver seamless business processes.
  • Work with middleware platforms and enterprise trigger frameworks.

Development Best Practices

  • Demonstrate expertise in:
    • Apex Development
    • Apex Triggers
    • SOQL
    • Unit Testing
    • Salesforce Security Model
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues.
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Present technical solutions, demos, and project updates to stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Work effectively in global and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership and guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Experience developing solutions on:
