As a Salesforce Developer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consulting services within our Salesforce practice, helping clients optimize their operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Developing and delivering training materials for effective Salesforce application utilization
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client expectations
- Guiding teams in the integration and administration of Salesforce applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process standardization
- Embracing emerging technologies to enhance Salesforce service delivery
- Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support business model development
- Coaching team members to develop skills and encourage innovative design

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g. Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud), and Sales Cloud implementation.

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process modeling
- Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovative design solutions
- Developing training materials to support technology implementation
- Managing systems project management with a focus on enterprise integration
