Summary
Mastek seeks a senior Salesforce Developer (7-10 years) to design, build, unit-test, and support Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and REST/SOAP integrations for a U.S. healthcare payer platform. The role includes L3 production support, code reviews, and mentoring within an offshore delivery pod, based at any Mastek location.

Key Responsibilities :
Design, build, and unit-test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative configuration.
Implement and extend Health Cloud data models (care plans, provider network, member/patient records) and Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge).
Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) between Salesforce and downstream systems supporting the PDR platformTranslate business analyst and product requirements into technical designs; participate in estimation and sprint planningConduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.
Provide production/L3 support within the capacity-based delivery model, including root-cause analysis and defect resolution. Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect triage, and release readinessMentor mid-level developers within the offshore pod
Required Qualifications
6-9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 3+ years dedicated to Health Cloud implementations.
Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and asynchronous processing (batch, queueable, platform events)
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required);
Platform Developer II strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of healthcare payer domain concepts: member/patient records, provider network data, care coordination, and HIPAA-aware data handlingIntegration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft) in a multi-system healthcare environment.
Prior experience delivering in an offshore capacity model supporting a U.S.-based healthcare or public-sector client.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
Preferred Qualifications :
Health Cloud Accredited Professional and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience with Medi-Cal, Medicaid, or other government health plan/payer systems.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7).
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, Gearset, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines)
