Salesforce Developer (Mid-Junior)

Summary

Mid-Junior Salesforce Developer builds and maintains Sales/Experience Cloud apps using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, integrating systems and migrating data.

Introduction & Summary:
We are seeking a Mid-Junior Salesforce Developer with experience in Sales and/or Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Salesforce development and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to enhance user experiences. Knowledge of PROVAR is a plus, allowing for improved testing and deployment processes in our projects.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

  • Designing and developing Salesforce applications and functionalities.

  • Performing system integrations and data migrations.

  • Conducting unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality.

  • Maintaining and optimizing existing Salesforce applications.

  • Documenting technical specifications and development processes.

  • Providing support for production issues and enhancements as needed.

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce development.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.

  • Basic knowledge of PROVAR for testing purposes.

  • Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

Nice to Have:
Additional desirable skills include:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices.

  • Previous experience in a dynamic team environment.

Other Details:
