Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce platform configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Design and implement custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and scheduled Apex to support business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products as per business requirements.
• Manage data migration, data imports, exports, and data quality using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, including governor limits, security, and scalable coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects.
• Follow data privacy, PHI handling, and compliance best practices when designing and developing Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce development.
• Candidates should have practical experience in Salesforce customization, development, integrations, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce performance optimization and secure coding practices.
