A Salesforce Developer at Xebia builds and maintains Salesforce solutions for clients using Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC and Aura, handles testing, documentation, CAB and release/deployment support via Azure DevOps, and works in an Agile team across the full delivery lifecycle. Fluent Italian and a Platform Developer II certification are must-haves.

You will be:
- contributing to refinement sessions, providing technical input and supporting effort estimation,
- contributing to solution design and technical decision-making,
- developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC and Aura,
- working with Platform Events and Bulk API,
- performing unit and integration testing and maintaining at least 80% code coverage,
- preparing required quality and release gate evidence,
- maintaining technical documentation,
- supporting CAB submissions and the release process,
- providing release and deployment support,
- investigating and resolving defects identified during UAT and hypercare,
- working closely with other members of the Agile team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
Your profile:
- strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer,
- fluent Italian - is a must have,
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification,
- strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- SOQL
- Salesforce Flow
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- experience with Platform Events and Bulk API.
- experience with Azure DevOps and Ant-based deployment.
- familiarity with SonarQube and/or Salesforce Code Analyzer.
- experience with unit and integration testing and Salesforce deployment processes.
- ability to work across the full software delivery lifecycle, from refinement through production release and hypercare.
- good English communication skills,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:

Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.
- Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
