Role Overview

Property Finder Group is seeking an innovative and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. As part of our growth strategy, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects involving Salesforce and integrations with the wider platform estate across the business.

The successful candidate will engage in custom development, build on Agentforce, support end users, and ensure seamless data flow within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) based on business requirements.

  • Implement declarative configurations such as Flows, validation rules, dynamic forms and page layouts.

  • Develop and maintain custom integrations across our platform estate using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware platforms.

  • Build and extend Agentforce agents, including topics, custom actions in Apex and Flow, and prompt templates grounded in trusted data.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce admins, product owners, and stakeholders to gather technical requirements.

  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance by adhering to best practices and design patterns.

  • Perform unit testing, support QA/UAT cycles, and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues.

  • Maintain technical documentation for custom features, APIs, agents and integrations.

  • Participate in release management and deploy changes using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.

  • Retire technical debt as you go, including legacy automation into Flow and Aura components into LWC.

  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and new features that can benefit the business.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required. (Platform App Builder is a plus).

  • Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification (previously Salesforce Certified Administrator, ADM-201) is also required. Advanced Administrator is a plus.

  • Agentforce Specialist Certification (formerly AI Specialist) is desirable, or a willingness to complete it within six months of joining.

  • Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows).

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

  • Exposure to Agentforce and Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), or a demonstrable appetite to build there.

  • Familiarity with Version Control (e.g. Git) and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in agile sprint environments.

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Fluent in English both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

  • Capable of crafting custom integrations between Salesforce and diverse software solutions.

  • Ability to approach tasks from both a business and technical perspective.

  • Results-oriented mindset, capable of independently achieving task objectives.

  • Proficient in quantifying and visually representing business data in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness, out-of-the-box thinking and continuous learning through Salesforce certifications.

  • Effective team player with the ability to take initiative.
