Salesforce Developer - Remote

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Develop reusable and responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Write, test, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous processes.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Cloud functionalities to support business workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain SOQL/SOSL queries, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governor limits.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory Skills

• Around 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Cloud platforms and customization.
• Proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and external systems.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex, Platform Events, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
