- Solid experience in Salesforce development projects and the ability to discuss real delivery challenges, technical decisions, and trade-offs in a practical way.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities, Apex, SOQL, and LWC.
- Experience with integrations, data migrations, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of core Salesforce platform concepts, including security configuration, visibility and sharing, approval processes, and standard objects across common clouds.
- Very good comprehension of customer data platform concepts, especially identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and customer data modelling, as well as exposure to Salesforce Data 360.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Agentforce, with experience applying AI capabilities within CRM processes and customer engagement workflows.
- Solid knowledge of AI in general, including agentic concepts, with practical experience using AI tools and solutions to improve business processes and productivity.
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in client-facing environments and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Good communication in English and Polish; German is a plus.
- Nice to have: Exposure to Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, other enterprise platforms, programming languages, or AI-assisted DevOps.
