Salesforce Developer

Salary: £75,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commercial Salesforce development and configuration experience
• Ideally experience gained in an in-house role
• A product engineering approach with the ability to drive ROI through Salesforce innovation
• Salesforce Einstein exposure would be a real plus
• Experience working in a product-led, high-growth business
• API and AppExchange application integration knowledge
• Front-end experience would be a plus, such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Apex knowledge, including classes, integrations, triggers, and batches
• Strong understanding of flows, including scheduled, record-triggered, and screen flows
• Lightning MVC would be a real plus

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our engineering and operations teams to develop bespoke customizations
• Build solutions that drive utilisation across our business
• Deliver functionality and customisation capabilities for our diverse customer base
• Take ownership of projects from start through to deployment
• Use AI tooling to maximise Salesforce functionality
• Contribute new ideas, technology, and personality to the role
• Play a lead role in shaping the success of our market-leading sector innovator
