Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure Salesforce applications to meet evolving business and process requirements.
  • Develop system functionality using Salesforce configuration and, where necessary, Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning components.
  • Leverage Omnistudio tools (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) to design scalable, configurable solutions.
  • Configure, maintain, and support packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Participate in technical analysis, system integration, and solution design activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and deploy enhancements.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and QA for all deliverables.
  • Provide technical assistance, documentation, and mentoring to team members.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, industry standards, and best practices to enhance overall system efficiency.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors).
    Experience with Salesforce Industries / Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
    Familiarity with Packaged Development, Application Integration, and Software Platforms.
    Strong development background in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, or Lightning Design System.
  • Certifications (at least one required):Salesforce Platform App Builder
    Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
    Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
  • Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
    Ability to take initiative and ownership of deliverables.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced exposure to Omnistudio or Public Sector Solutions.
  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring developers.
  • Understanding of low-code tools, APIs, and packaged application development approaches.
