Summary
A hands-on Salesforce Developer on an internal application support team: delivering enhancements, configuration changes and bug fixes, troubleshooting production issues and acting as the technical escalation point. Core tech: Apex, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs.
Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- 3+ years Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on configuration and development experience.
- Experience with Apex, Flows and Visualforce and/or Lightning Web Components.
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, including API or middleware-based integrations.
- Background in application support, BAU or operational environments.
- Experience troubleshooting production systems.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Agile or structured change management.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; Platform Developer II desirable.
- Deliver Salesforce enhancements, configuration changes and minor bug fixes.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, Flows and Lightning components.
- Configure objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, approval processes and installed packages.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex Salesforce issues.
- Assess and prepare issues for escalation to the Development Team.
- Follow agreed change, testing and deployment processes.

We are looking for a Salesforce Application Support Developer to join our Salesforce Application Support Team. This is a hands-on role combining Salesforce development, configuration and application support. We deliver enhancements, configuration changes and bug fixes while acting as a technical escalation point for the wider support team. We also work closely with the Internal Development Team, ensuring issues are properly investigated and clearly defined before being escalated into larger development backlogs.
